Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process
  • Prepare proposals and documents for potential clients
  • Nurture potential clients via email, Whats App, and Linked In
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on inbound lead campaigns
  • Create product videos
  • Recruit sales team members and provide training
  • Monitor sales KPIs
  • Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales with a direct competitor - eg. Deel, Papaya Global, Remote, Pebl, Workable, Recruitee, Ashby, etc. , a fintech provider or a recruitment agency
  • Proficiency with sales tools - eg. Hub Spot, Contact Out, and similar platforms
