Congress Specialist Event Manager / Senior Event Manager - French Speaking - Remote

REMOTE - ENGLAND

The Company

This lovely agency are going from strength to strength delivering global high profile events for a range of pharma and healthcare clients. Working with some big name brands they deliver logistically complex events for delegate numbers in the 1000's all over the world and are now seeking a strong Congress Manager with French language skills to join the team.

The Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Event Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience in global Congresses ready to take the lead on some super exciting global events. This is a client facing role where you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, plan and deliver a range of international Congresses and ancillary meetings for a key account. Strong pharma compliance understanding and fluent French are key to apply.

About

you

Ideally already working within an events agency (or brand side in a pharma company) you will have experience in delivering large scale congresses, have an understanding of booth management and delegate attendance with HCP focused events, complex logistics and large delegate numbers. An understanding of the compliance regulations in the industry is key and delegate management using Cvent would be preferable.

This is a fast paced role where you will handle multiple projects at one time! You must speak French as well as English to a fluent level. REMOTE ROLE UK wide.
