Location: Greater London
Next Ventures is seeking a Freshworks / Fresh service SME for a 6-month remote contract aimed at optimising the Fresh service platform across various business functions. You will play a key role in enhancing operational processes, driving automation, and improving workflow efficiency within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fresh service in multi-department setups and a strong understanding of operational governance. This position will provide the opportunity to influence how workflows are managed and measured across the company.
