A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our organisation and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions.

As a Business Analyst, you will lead requirement gathering and analysis activities, evaluate and recommend effective solutions, and act as a trusted liaison between business and IT teams. You will support stakeholder engagement, change management, and project delivery, ensuring clear communication, strong collaboration, and smooth implementation of new systems and processes.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex programme environments
• Familiarity with industry-wide modelling techniques and business analysis tools
• Ability to tailor methods and tools to suit diverse business situations
• Experience in supporting change initiatives and driving user adoption
