Chartered Residential Valuer - Partner Level

The Role The successful candidate will undertake a varied workload including:
Residential mortgage valuations Red Book valuations HMO and specialist valuations Level 2 Surveys Private client valuation work Relationship development with local agents, brokers, solicitors and professional contacts Supporting the continued growth of the regional business The role is home-based with significant flexibility and autonomy. Candidate Requirements Applicants will have: MRICS or FRICS qualification RICS Registered Valuer status Residential valuation experience Commercial awareness and relationship-building ability Strong technical reporting standards

Experience with in HMOs or specialist lending work would be advantageous.
