Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Energy Operations Executive will work with colleagues as part of a team to ensure operational expectations are exceeded and exceptional customer service is delivered through every interaction.
Working in the operations department, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of tasks in functions covering the customer journey from initial contracting and onboarding to metering, billing and debt.
You will be open to change and transition as your career and business needs develop and be an advocate to customers at every stage of their journey.
You will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Please note this is fixed term until 30/07/2027.

- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Proficient in using various IT applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
