Position: Partnerships Director / Commercial Lead

Partnerships & Commercial Lead – ERP software scale‑up – equity upside and potential route to Managing Director. A commercially sharp and people‑oriented Partnerships Director / Channel Director / Commercial Director will join this specialist ERP software provider to build a partner‑channel function and help shape the commercial strategy of a growing ERP SaaS business.

The Organisation
  • UK‑based ERP software vendor supporting ambitious B2B SMEs that make, supply, install or maintain.
  • Privately owned, founder‑led business with an excellent reputation and strong vertical differentiation.
  • SaaS ERP solution – vendor – not a reseller. A highly configurable solution with an exciting, innovative development roadmap.
  • Clear growth ambition, including building a VAR / reseller / partner channel alongside direct sales.
  • Excellent client list with reference sites for SME and mid‑market organisations.
  • Opportunity to shape commercial strategy, partner model and future business leadership.
The Person
  • Minimum 8 years experience in B2B technology partner sales, ideally ERP or closely aligned complex SaaS solutions.
  • Proven experience building, scaling or operating within a partner channel / reseller ecosystem.
  • Strong commercial judgement across pricing, packaging, contracts, renewals, account expansion and deal governance.
  • People‑oriented leader with credibility to hold others accountable and build strong partner and internal relationships.
  • Will work from anywhere with a mix of remote, face‑to‑face, partner and customer meetings; regular team meetings in London.
Compensation and Benefits

Basic salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000, a 20% to 25% bonus and meaningful equity participation. Year‑two earnings of £100,000 to £150,000 may be achievable depending on performance, commercial impact and progression.

Real long‑term opportunities for career development, including a credible path towards Managing Director‑level responsibility.
