Regeneration Project Officer

Location: Antrim

MCS Group are proud to be partnering with an organisation in their search for a Regeneration Support Officer. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organised professional who can support project delivery, stakeholder engagement, funding administration, and programme monitoring while helping to drive positive outcomes across local communities.

The Role:

Support the delivery of economic development and regeneration programmes. Build and maintain relationships with businesses, stakeholders, and funding partners. Provide business support, advice, and stakeholder engagement activities. Assist with funding applications, grant administration, and financial monitoring. Assess projects and prepare reports, appraisals, and recommendations. Monitor project performance, compliance, and record-keeping requirements. Support communications, partnerships, procurement, and wider departmental initiatives.

The Person The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Essential:
Relevant Level 4+ qualification in Business or a related discipline, or relevant experience. Experience in economic development, regeneration, community development, or rural development. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Full driving licence/access to transport and flexibility to attend evening meetings when required. What's in it for you?
