Quality Assurance Data Analyst

Overview

Mamas & Papas is a leading brand for nursery products, focusing on quality, safety and design.

This key role involves deep analysis of data from the Spares & Repairs and Customer Care teams. Working collaboratively with product designers, engineers, testers, and other departments, the analyst identifies commercial impacts, quality improvements and product performance insights. The role also contributes to environment reporting and data submissions.

Strong spreadsheet skills and an inquisitive mind are essential for translating data into actionable insights for teams.
