Position: Remote T&C Supervisor – Wealth Management (Part-Time)
Willow Resourcing Limited is seeking a Part-time T&C Supervisor based in Bath with hybrid working options. In this role, you'll oversee the training and competence of around 35-40 Financial Advisors, ensuring compliance with business practices and regulatory requirements. The position offers flexibility in your working hours, and you'll provide in-person induction training about 4-5 days a month in Bath. Ideal candidates will have strong T&C experience, a good understanding of regulatory environments, and preferably hold CII Level 4 qualifications.
