Role Description

This is a contract role for a Business Development Representative, based in Edinburgh with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some remote work flexibility. The role involves day‑to‑day tasks such as identifying and generating new leads, booking demos, and building relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities also include delivering compelling sales pitches, nurturing potential opportunities through excellent communication, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business development goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in Communication and Sales to present solutions clearly and drive client acquisitions.
  • Experience in Business Development to develop relationships and contribute to company growth.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Comfort with hybrid working arrangements, including the flexibility to work remotely and on‑site in Edinburgh.
  • Prior experience in SaaS solutions and familiarity with procurement, compliance, or workforce management industries will be an advantage.
