Business Analyst

• Embed within delivery or client teams as a bridge between business, user and technical needs to ensure requirements and solutions meet desired outcomes.

• At least 3 years’ commercial experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to workshop, map, interview and guide customers to the best solutions.
• Proficiency in producing comprehensive documentation to support upcoming work.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo.
• Proficient using business intelligence tools for reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Jira and Visio to best industry practice.
• Excellent soft skills across all project phases.
• Financial and Government experience preferable, but not required.
