Required to work for this established sports travel specialist and help launch a new division. You will have a background in sports travel and strong business development experience. Ideally based in the North West, but we are happy to look elsewhere for an exceptional candidate. Salary up to £35,000 plus a great bonus/commission scheme, benefits and a massive opportunity to grow your own division.

• Develop a new division within this successful schools sports travel company by launching a Padel division, aiming at corporates and padel clubs, organising corporate UK days as well as padel holidays mainly to Spain and Portugal.
• The product is already set up and ready to go; we need a strong sales professional with a background in sports travel to get the word out and target corporates and racquet clubs to sell the product.
• Work one day per week from the North West office and spend the rest of the time out and about on the phone selling the product; we are also happy with a candidate from other UK locations.
• Own the whole cycle from lead generation to booking confirmation.
• Create compelling, high-converting proposals and itineraries.
• Negotiate with suppliers to gain the best commercial terms.

• Business development experience within sports travel.
• The drive and contacts to start and drive a new division forward with the support of the existing leadership team.
• Very strong telephone manner, presentation skills and ability to get proposals over the line.

• Ideally one day a week in the North West office, but we are happy with a home-based person.
