Category Manager

About the Role

Category Manager role in an international health & hygiene company with leading brands such as Plenty, Cushelle, Bodyform, and TENA. The position supports business growth through data‑driven category strategy and strong customer relationships.

• Deploy category vision and identify opportunities for the business and its retailers.
• Deliver range reviews and provide customer data‑based insights to guide new product development and positioning.
• Build shopper metrics into recommendations aligned to customer category strategy.
• Cascade monthly reports tracking market, brand, channel, and retailer performance, and recommend corrective actions or optimisations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure category growth.

• Experience in category management within the health & hygiene or a related consumer goods sector.
• Strong analytical and insight‑driven approach, able to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Fluency in English.

Hybrid working: 3 days onsite at the Didsbury Manchester office and 2 days working from home.
