Computershare has a rare and exciting opportunity for a Digital Program & Portfolio Director to join our organisation at a pivotal time of transformation and growth.

In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of critical digital programmes and value streams, shaping the future of our business on a global scale. You will work at the heart of strategy and execution, ensuring our investment decisions are aligned to clear business outcomes, building robust, evidence-led business cases, and driving measurable value across our organisation.

You’ll collaborate across business, operations, and technology, bringing together diverse teams to deliver innovative, customer‑centric solutions that make a real difference. You’ll drive the development of robust business cases with clear, measurable outcomes, and lead end-to-end execution across business, operations, and technology to deliver impactful results.

With strong executive visibility, you’ll play a key role in translating strategy into action and ensuring our transformation agenda delivers a lasting impact.

• Aligning the overall portfolio with the business’s strategic objectives
• Ensuring the portfolio of projects and Value Streams deliver on their outcomes
• Drive continuous improvements across the way we deliver end‑to‑end, across business, product, operations and technology
• Own the way we deliver across programs, by embedding the delivery approach (e.g., Agile) and tooling
• End‑to‑end digital transformation of customer and client experience with new journeys and channels
  • Developing and launching new digital products for customers
  • Engaging with Business Leaders to support the development of business strategies, improvements in customer and client experience, meeting regulatory requirements and driving innovation
  • Work with technology and operations teams to introduce new ways of working and tools to accelerate the pace of delivery and improve quality.
  • Working with the business to develop high‑quality business cases with investment, benefits and outcomes
  • Manage the investment governance and approval process to ensure effective oversight of the program investment

You will be an experienced transformation leader with a proven ability to manage and deliver across a diverse portfolio of projects and value streams. This will include driving complex digital, regulatory, and growth‑focused initiatives, ensuring they are strategically aligned and executed effectively.

You’ll bring strong leadership and stakeholder skills, helping you cut through complexity, bring people together, and motivate teams to deliver real, business‑critical results at scale.
