Business Development Representative

📍 Remote / Home Based (with travel to Watford office 2-3 times per month)

💰 Up to £42,000 base + uncapped commission

📄 Full Time | Permanent

🚀 The Opportunity

We’re looking for ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Representatives to join a growing Demand Generation team.

This is a high-impact role focused on building pipeline, sparking conversations, and creating opportunities that drive business growth. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to generate and qualify new business opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound activity.

Ideal for candidates with experience in B2B demand generation, business development, or lead generation — particularly within HR, payroll, or enterprise software environments.

📋 Key Responsibilities

* Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through inbound and outbound outreach.

* Build a strong pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities.

* Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, and outbound channels.

* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to maximise conversion rates.

* Maintain accurate records and activity within CRM systems.

* Provide feedback on campaign performance and market insights.

* Support lead nurturing and engagement throughout the sales cycle.

🎯 About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Experienced in B2B business development or demand generation.

* Confident building relationships and opening commercial conversations.

* Familiar with HR, payroll, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.

* Comfortable running multi-channel outreach campaigns and lead nurturing activity.

* Proficient with CRM and marketing automation tools (Hub Spot experience is a plus).

* Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving results.

* A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
