Salary: £75,000 + 25% Bonus + £6,000 Car Allowance

Auxo is proud to be partnering with a leading global provider of technical services to the wind energy sector. With a strong reputation for safety, skill, and innovation, the company supports major OEMs and energy providers with a full range of services across the lifecycle of a wind turbine.
As the business continues its international growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the commercial team and drive expansion into key accounts - particularly across the Warranty, Service, and Maintenance phases of turbine operations.
The OpportunityReporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in securing new partnerships with OEMs and Energy Utilities companies. This is a strategic, solutions-led role focused on long-term value creation, not transactional sales.
The successful candidate will identify, shape, and win new service contracts - particularly in complex work packages such as Heavy Lift, Campaigns, and Planned Maintenance, with both white- and blue-collar resource models.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead on identifying and developing new commercial opportunities within target sectors
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across OEMs and asset owners
Deliver compelling proposals and close high-value service contracts
Conduct market research to identify trends and inform business strategy
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless client experience
The ideal candidate will bring:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development within the wind / energy or related industry
Proven commercial success with a strong grasp of the energy or related expereince
Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience working with major utilities or OEMs in the energy sector
HND or equivalent qualification (degree preferred)
German language skills (desirable but not essential)
