Our client are a fast-growing parcels business, delivering reliable, time-critical services to retailers, e-commerce platforms, and B2B customers across the UK. Focus is on service excellence, innovation, and sustainable delivery solutions. To accelerate our growth, we are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager

As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the express parcels sector, securing high-value accounts

Key responsibilities:

• Win new high-volume customers in retail, e-commerce, and B2B sectors.

• Build strong relationships with major accounts, ensuring retention and growth.

• Collaborate with operations to design tailored express parcel solutions.

• Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to stay ahead.

We're looking for a commercially sharp, energetic Business Development Manager who knows the express parcels industry inside out.

You will have:

• Proven sales experience in express parcels, couriers, or last-mile delivery.

• A strong track record of securing major national accounts.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused solution design expertise.

• Drive, resilience, and ambition to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
