Position: Remote Sales Manager / SAP / ERP Strategic Services Sales Lead

SAP Strategic Services Sales Lead / Sales Manager who has experience leading and developing a high performing team with excellent business development skills ideally within the UK SAP Services sector or another ERP such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Infor, Acumatica, SYSPRO is required for a leading IT Consultancy.

SAP OR OTHER ERP EXPERIENCE

SAP experience is ideal. However, the company will consider candidates who have experience with another ERP such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Infor, Acumatica, SYSPRO

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a SAP Strategic Services Sales Lead / Sales Manager who has experience leading a high performing team with excellent business development skills within the UK SAP Services sector or another ERP such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Infor, Acumatica, SYSPRO.

This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational sales leader to play a key part in accelerating the company’s growth journey — expanding their SAP services customer base across both Consultancy and Application Management Services (AMS).

Working as a SAP Strategic Services Sales Lead / Sales Manager you'll help shape and lead a high-performing sales team - coaching, guiding, and inspiring them to deliver results through strategic planning and the execution of targeted sales initiatives focused on the company’s services and solutions.

As the SAP Strategic Services Sales Lead / Sales Manager you'll also play a key lead role in driving business development, increasing revenue growth across both new and existing clients, and ensuring the company not only meet their sales targets but also build long-term, successful customer relationships.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the SAP Strategic Services Sales Lead / Sales Manager you will have the following:

  • Have a proven track record of securing new business and driving significant growth within existing client accounts
  • Demonstratable experience to own and deliver sales performance across UK SAP Services or another ERP such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Infor, Acumatica, SYSPRO, aiming for consistent over achievement
  • Ability to lead and manage the Sales Team, driving a performance culture through coaching and data-led development using Salesforce insights and conversion metrics
  • Demonstratable experience in supporting, coaching, and developing high-performing B2B sales teams—ensuring they’re equipped to engage with clients confidently and deliver outstanding results
  • Experienced in building a scalable, repeatable process for managing key accounts, with detailed account planning and relationship development
  • Ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities, whilst guiding the team on strategic outreach and sales planning
