Project Operations & Process Transformation Consultant

Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading real estate organisation to recruit a Project Operations & Process Transformation Consultant on a contract basis. Remote working - Need to be UK based.

What we need:

• A project management and project accounting process expert.
• Someone who can assess how project delivery and project finance operate today.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions across PMs and finance.
• Document current-state workflows
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and design a scalable future-state operating model to ready us for a future systems transformation.

Core skills:

• The Project Operations & Process Transformation Consultant will process mapping across the project lifecycle (estimating, budgeting, procurement, change orders, billing, close-out)
• Project accounting process design: job costing, WIP, cost-to-complete, revenue recognition, AIA/progress billing, subcontractor and lien-waiver workflows
• Intake/handoff and PM-to-accounting coordination model design
• Stakeholder facilitation and change management
• Process Excellence / continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma a plus)
