Job Duties of the Payroll Project Executive include:
Support the delivery of global payroll projects for a diverse portfolio of multinational clients Track project milestones, actions and deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverables Monitor project issues and risks, maintaining logs and escalating where necessary Manage tickets and workflow activities through internal systems Organise project meetings and facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders Prepare monthly service level agreement (SLA) and performance reporting Maintain accurate records of project time, activities and deliverables What you need to be the Successful Payroll Project Executive:
