• Electricity industry experience or a proven ability to have dealt with technical matters and customer contact
• Worked with computers and can demonstrate a strong level of computer literacy and a good understanding of Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Excel
• Experience with dealing with customers, other departments and 3rd parties over the phone and in writing
• The ability to think laterally to solve complex issues and retain technical information
