Working hours:
Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Hybrid working approach:
You will work from home or the office. We ask for 2-3 days each week, at least 8 days per month. Work with your line manager to understand expectations for your role.
- Own and shape your proposition roadmap—from early ideation through to delivery and in‑market performance.
- Identify customer needs and market opportunities, translating them into compelling, value‑driven propositions.
- Be accountable for the commercial performance of your portfolio, tracking success and continuously improving outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product teams to bring propositions to life and ensure solutions genuinely meet customer expectations.
- Build strong business cases, ensuring every proposition is grounded in clear commercial value and market insight.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Brand, GTM and more to successfully launch and scale propositions in the market.
- Champion innovation—exploring new ideas, trends, and opportunities to keep Vodafone Business ahead in a competitive market.
- Work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, confidently engaging with a wide network of stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
- You bring strong commercial awareness and are comfortable working with numbers, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
- You have a good understanding of the public sector landscape and its unique customer needs.
- You are skilled at gathering and using customer insights to shape propositions and decisions.
- You think creatively about propositions and understand how messaging and customer experience come together.
- You are proactive, curious, and stay ahead of market trends and customer expectations.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and building strong relationships across diverse, cross‑functional teams.
- You are confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- You communicate ideas clearly and can engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
