Revenue Growth Manager
- Up to £50,000 base + package
- Office based / working from home - 2-3 days in the office
We’re looking for a commercially minded individual who can turn complex data into clear, actionable direction. Sitting within the Sales function and reporting into the Senior Revenue Growth Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping pricing, promotions and portfolio decisions across a multi‑brand, multi‑category environment.
This is an office‑first role with 2-3 days a week spent onsite to build strong relationships and stay close to the commercial heartbeat of the business.
What you’ll be driving- Pricing strategy — modelling elasticity, building scenarios and supporting recommendations that protect value and competitiveness.
- Promotional effectiveness — assessing uplift, ROI, cannibalisation and mechanics to guide smarter investment decisions.
- Portfolio & mix optimisation — analysing SKU profitability and identifying opportunities to strengthen margin and focus.
- RGM tools & reporting — maintaining dashboards, improving data flows, supporting automation and presenting insight that influences senior stakeholders.
- Governance & performance — preparing materials for pricing/promo forums, tracking compliance and monitoring KPIs.
- 3+ years in commercial, finance or analytics roles with strong numerical capability.
- Confidence working with imperfect, multi‑source data and advanced Excel skills.
- A structured thinker who can simplify ambiguity and build repeatable, insight‑led processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- A commercial mindset with an understanding of P&L levers and how decisions impact growth.
- Experience in consulting, consumer insights or trade investment analysis is a bonus.
