This is a varied role supporting customer service, operations and administration across the business. You'll be responsible for helping keep things organised, ensuring customers receive a great experience, supporting operational processes and helping the wider team run efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and getting things done.

• Managing customer support emails and queries
• Supporting day-to-day operations and logistics
• Creating orders and coordinating with suppliers and fulfilment partners
• General administration and reporting
• Processing invoices and supporting finance administration
• Maintaining accurate records and business systems
• Supporting the wider team with operational and administrative tasks
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Proactive and reliable
• Comfortable working independently
• Good with systems, spreadsheets and administration
• Able to manage multiple priorities

Experience in e-commerce, customer support, subscriptions or operations is a bonus but not required.

• Remote (work from home anywhere in the UK)
• Part Time: 20 hours per week. Exact days to be agreed. Additional hours may be available
• 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata)
