Opportunity

Join a newly established and growing function at QBE to support the management and optimisation of centrally administered broker facilities. You will work directly with the Broker Facilities Manager and partnership teams, shaping processes, building relationships, and ensuring commercial value delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Support broker engagement & market exposure: interact with key broker partners, prepare for meetings, capture insights, and contribute to broker conversations.
  • Turn data into meaningful insight: identify trends, track performance, and support decision‑making across the facilities portfolio.
  • Help shape a new function: define facility management practices, improve processes, build tools, and embed consistency in governance and reporting.
  • Contribute to facility lifecycle support: onboard and renew broker agreements, coordinate inputs, support evaluations, and ensure smooth internal processes.
  • Act as a key link between underwriting, distribution, and operations: ensure alignment and drive actions forward.
  • Support financial tracking and management information: maintain a clear view of performance and value delivery.
Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance, distribution, or a commercial/operational environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data and drawing insights.
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships internally and with brokers.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and keen to improve processes rather than merely maintain them.
  • Working towards (or interested in) Cert CII / ACII.
