Do you want to lead winning bid strategies on high‑profile tenders?

You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of major bids, shaping strategy and persuasive content. This senior role offers autonomy and partner exposure within the Bid & Proposal team.

• Lead win themes and strategy
• Manage bids from pre‑bid to submission
• Draft ITT and executive summaries
• Coordinate reviews and interviews

• Significant experience leading complex, high‑value bids from pre‑bid through to submission.
• Strategic, persuasive writer
• Commercially astute
• Manages multiple deadlines

• Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on‑site café and free use of Gym facilities
• For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities
