Business Travel Consultant; Remote

Position: Business Travel Consultant (Remote)
My client, a global travel company are looking to expand their Business Travel team.

You will manage and support a diverse portfolio of VIP clients, delivering exceptional, personalised corporate travel.

DUTIES:

Providing a high level of service to all travellers & travel bookers
Handle travel queries, amendments, and cancellations with efficiency and care
Demonstrate an excellent understanding of account processes and policies
Providing an end-to-end solution for all clients, in-line with our clients travel policy.
Advise proactively on relevant Passport and Visa requirements and procedures for all destinations
Maximising opportunities to enhance traveller experiences
Monitor all bookings for fare/rate saving opportunities up until completion of the trip

EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

A minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience as a Business Travel Consultant
Working knowledge of a GDS reservations system is essential
Fares knowledge of both nett and published airfares preferable
