Business Development Manager – Fire and Security Service and Maintenance
Full-time position.

You will be involved in professional coaching and training, with significant input into the company's growth and changes. Every employee's voice is valued.
Your primary responsibility is to drive new business development across the UK. This involves selling the fire and security range of products and services—such as fire alarms, intruder detection, CCTV, access control, monitoring, manned guarding and related maintenance services—to new clients requiring annual contracts. You will target large-scale organisations and multi‑site holders, leading the business development across the region and identifying opportunities to increase profitability by expanding the portfolio of existing or potential customers.
You will work with engineering and operations teams to present solutions tailored to varying customer needs and create a professional, comprehensive image of the company.
You will be remote based with the need to attend key offices regularly for presentations and training sessions.
CoreJob Summary
You will play a key role in communicating with the wider team and organisation to deliver sales opportunities to areas such as the service team and other parts of the Group.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales for installation, you will manage a monthly target for both profit and turnover. Integrating into the CRM, you will deliver daily, weekly and monthly activity for sales generation and pipeline management.
