Following an internal promotion of the current SVP we are now looking for a visionary, inspirational leader to drive the next wave of growth across this market‑leading portfolio. We need a customer‑focused and driven leader who can lead 50+ sales professionals globally to deliver best‑in‑class customer and sales leadership resulting in industry‑leading growth.
Responsibilities- Spearhead global sales strategy across all fintech brands to deliver sustainable growth.
- Lead the global standard for customer commercial relationships across the portfolio.
- Serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, directly influencing overall business strategy and commercial direction.
- Lead, inspire and continue to develop a world‑class global sales organization, implementing standardized processes for coaching, performance management and talent development.
- Direct line management responsibility for all heads of sales across all brands.
- Drive a culture of accountability, excellence and continuous improvement across all sales teams.
- Serve as the senior face to key global accounts, building C‑suite relationships.
- Articulate the company’s value proposition with compelling clarity across all customer touchpoints.
- Implement and optimise sophisticated sales analytics and reporting systems that provide actionable insights on performance, pipeline and market trends.
- Partner globally to drive product innovation that meets evolving customer needs.
- Develop a technology roadmap that equips sales teams with best‑in‑class tools to optimise performance and customer engagement.
- Work with technology and data teams to devise and implement sales enablement tools and optimise revenue reporting.
- Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to ensure integrated commercial strategies that maximise customer acquisition and retention.
- Partner with product teams to ensure offerings remain competitively differentiated and value‑driven.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with proven success scaling global revenue operations.
- Demonstrated track record of leading high‑performing teams across multiple international markets.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic C‑level relationships with global brands.
- Data‑driven approach to sales management with expertise in CRM optimisation and sales analytics.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of the fintech ecosystem, financial services landscape, and technology trends.
- Strong capability in revenue operations, customer success, CRM systems including Salesforce and AI tools to optimise sales.
- Experience organising festival‑style or premium events is strongly preferred but not essential.
