Requirements- Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy, with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments and levels.
- Comfortable working autonomously without step‑by‑step direction.
- Confidence using and integrating AI tools into day‑to‑day product management.
- Clear, articulate communication skills with the ability to explain what was built, why it was built, and the results achieved.
- Passion for product, motivation to improve processes, and curiosity to keep learning.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK and able to perform the work specified.
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the website, property report, and wider digital products.
- Support other teams in alignment for around 12 months while leading our own product areas.
- Shape and deliver our AI‑driven strategy, including AI workflows and further Prop Tech AI integration.
- Lead discovery directly with customers and turn insights into actionable priorities.
- Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and leadership to gain buy‑in and drive execution.
