Overview
We're looking for a CRM Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping how we capture, manage and use relationship data across the firm. Working closely with Business Development, Marketing and legal teams, you ll ensure our CRM system provides a clear, accurate and joined-up view of our professional network, supporting relationship-led growth, stronger referral networks and better visibility of opportunities.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who enjoys working with data, improving systems and helping colleagues get real value from CRM in their day-to-day work. You ll be instrumental in embedding CRM as a practical business tool - supporting bids and tenders, pipeline tracking, influencer engagement and informed decision-making across the business. - Maintain accurate, high-quality relationship data in Salesforce to give a clear view of contacts, organisations and networks
- Support visibility of key accounts, influencers and referral relationships, ensuring interactions are consistently recorded
- Enable effective tracking of opportunities, pipeline activity, bids and tenders through CRM
- Provide insight and reporting on relationship activity, referrals and pipeline performance
- Support CRM adoption across the business through training, guidance and day-to-day support
- Work with BD, Marketing, legal and digital teams to improve CRM processes, data quality and system capability
- The role holder will be expected to undertake related duties as required
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) in a business development or relationship-focused environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential.

- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) in a business development or relationship-focused environment
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and structure
- Experience supporting pipeline tracking and reporting (ideally including bids/tenders)
- Confident delivering training and supporting colleagues with systems
- Comfortable working with data, reporting and insight
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence ways of working
- Organised and methodical, with a strong sense of ownership
- Approachable and confident supporting colleagues at all levels
