Firstcall 247 Limited is a fast-growing healthcare company with various branches around UK. Our services aim to support nursing homes and care homes and also with supporting service users in community.

We are looking for an experienced individual with strong business development experience within the health sector. The role will be playing a key part in supporting the branches by maintaining and developing relationships with care homes and CCG’s in various county.

Business Development Manager (Regional)

Mon – Fri 9-5pm – 37.5 hours per week (Days)

Skills & Experience
  • Must have previous experience in health sector
  • Must have sales and business development experience
  • Evidence of strong business relationships with commissioners, CCG’s and Local Authorities
  • Must be driven, determined, team player and hardworking
  • Must have strong organisational skills to manage any challenging workload
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

We welcome applications from candidates from UK. Whilst there is the facility to work from home as per the demands of work, the expectation would be that the successful candidate would spend time in our offices based in Nottingham and our other branches working week and travel would be required. As part of job the out of hours service will be in place, this is on a rota basis and is approximately every 4 weeks.

Main

Responsibilities
  • Closely working with operational teams, clinical and management teams
  • Appearing for meetings with Multidisciplinary team and CCG’S
  • Carry out structured business development for the company in selected regions
  • Getting new care packages to the branches
  • Submitting the tender and quotes for any frameworks
  • Contribution to marketing campaigns
  • Reviewing and updating the rates for new business
  • Awareness of upcoming frameworks and tenders
