Senior Process Transformation ManagerThe Heidelberg Materials (HM) International Business Service Centre (BSC) provides administrative, transactional, and accounting services to HM companies. Senior Process Transformation Managers re‑engineer end‑to‑end processes and systems to support the delivery of the HM synergies and automation roadmap.
Key accountabilities- Transformation Expertise – Act as a senior Transformation SME, applying journey‑based thinking to redesign processes for value, experience and outcomes; challenge assumptions, reduce complexity and remove friction across end‑to‑end journeys; ensure redesign is practical, sustainable and scalable.
- End‑to‑End Process Redesign & Transformation Delivery – Lead the design and delivery of transformational change; work with the Head of Transformation, Global Process Owners and business teams; employ service‑design methodologies to create simpler, future‑ready operating models; partner with Digital teams to assess and adopt AI‑enabled and emerging technologies.
- Stakeholder Influence & Change Enablement – Act as a senior transformation partner and coach across the BSC, Digital and wider Group; influence senior stakeholders at Steer Co and cross‑country project teams; support teams through complex change, building confidence and momentum; manage ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Coaching, Capability & Ways of Working – Mentor and develop Transformation Analysts (Grades 10–13); model curiosity, innovation and evidence‑based decision‑making; facilitate change; operate flexibly within an agile transformation environment.
- Financial & Non‑Financial Accountabilities – Re‑engineer processes across multiple countries and systems; oversee a budget (capture size of role); coach a team of Transformation Analysts.
