Business Process Consultant

Salary: £35,000 + Benefits

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant with experience in Business Analysis or Business Process Improvement. This role focuses on mapping business processes, facilitating workshops and designing efficient ways of working, rather than technology.

• Running customer workshops to understand existing business processes and operational challenges.
• Mapping current and future-state business processes using recognised process modelling techniques.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
• Producing high-quality business and process documentation.
• Working closely with customers and internal delivery teams throughout project life cycles.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers improve the way they work rather than simply documenting requirements.
• Supporting existing managed service customers with ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and CRM records.

• Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to understand and analyse existing processes.
• Strong business process mapping and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A consultative mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and recommend improvements.
• An understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or continuous improvement principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
