Regulatory Compliance Specialist
NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Estates and Property Department on a fixed‑term basis for one year. Working up to 22 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong project management expertise to support the delivery of statutory‑compliant, high‑value, and complex contracts relating to the built environment.
The postholder will lead and co‑ordinate the end‑to‑end procurement process for a range of capital and estates‑related projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, technical specialists, and external suppliers/contractors to ensure that all procurement activity is compliant, robust, and aligned with NHS Scotland policy and statutory requirements.
This role requires a confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple specialist inputs, develop detailed specifications, and oversee the evaluation and award of contracts. You will play a key role in ensuring that procurement activity supports safe, efficient, and value‑driven outcomes for the organisation.
