Hybrid (Home-based + weekly travel across Northamptonshire)

Hours:

• Provide tailored careers advice and guidance to adults aged 19+
• Support individuals into employment, education, or training
• Deliver engaging sessions both online and in-person
• Collaborate with partners and community networks
• Use labour market insights to inform career planning

• A qualified careers adviser, ideally level 4 or 6
• Strong digital and communication skills
• Experience supporting individuals with complex barriers
• Full driving licence and ability to travel across Northamptonshire
