About you Degree educated in a relevant discipline Minimum of 2 years' experience in a buying, product development or related commercial role Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills Experience forecasting stock requirements and managing inventory Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong planning and organisational abilities Creative and innovative mindset with an eye for market trends Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders What you'll do Manage product development activities across multiple product categories Develop and implement product and range strategies aligned to customer and market requirements Analyse sales performance and market trends to inform buying decisions Forecast stock requirements and manage purchasing activities Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing partners to manage product sourcing and delivery Conduct competitor analysis, trend research and market reviews Lead product meetings and gather feedback from key stakeholders Support seasonal launches, promotions and merchandising activities Work closely with sales and marketing teams on product launches and trade events Coordinate new product introductions, photography, website updates and launch schedules For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.
