Position Overview
GIS expertise in the UK, Esri UK is the market leader and authority on GIS and our business is growing considerably year on year. The Esri UK Product Team build and maintain software and data products which help customers to be successful in their adoption of the ArcGIS Platform (which is developed by Esri Inc.).
This is an opportunity to step into a high‑impact leadership role at the heart of Esri UK's product strategy. You'll influence the evolution of our UK product portfolio, work closely with stakeholders across the business and Esri Inc, and help define best practice in product management.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Engineers
- Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned products
- Establish and embed product management best practice and continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with the team strategy, customer needs, and the ArcGIS ecosystem
- Manage product performance, including financials, delivery, and adoption
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners
- Strong product management experience across the full lifecycle, with a track record of delivering successful products
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and develop others
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and customer engagement skills
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Good understanding of Agile, Dev Ops, and product management best practice
- Salary starting from £56k+ rising with experience, plus a generous company bonus scheme paying up to 20% per annum

Location:
flexible - you can work from our Edinburgh, Cambridge or Aylesbury offices or be home based (with some face‑to‑face meetings).
