Services Improvement Executive

The Services Improvement team drives proactive, continuous improvement to how we work and deliver services, improving outcomes for customers and the business. This role supports that team by building the core reporting, policy and communication infrastructure that underpins continuous improvement across Tech & Services.

• Work with Data & Reporting teams to build and maintain CI reporting (activity, benefits, themes)
• Turn data into clear narratives that demonstrate value and drive engagement
• Draft and refine CI policy, guidance and SOPs
• Create slide decks, updates and messaging for stakeholders
• Support the rollout of CI communications plans and materials across T&S
• Help stand up core CI assets:
  • Improvement log / tracking tools
  • Request intake processes
  • Templates and playbooks
• Work across Service Development, Risk, Quality, Change, Data & Reporting

• Strong MS Office skills (Word and PowerPoint essential)
• Understanding of or experience working within an improvement based role or industry
• Understanding of Jira platform desirable
• Ability to turn data into insight and clear outputs
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Hybrid working – 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
• Working flexible hours – flexing the times you start and finish during the day
• Flexibility around school pick up and drop offs
