United Infrastructure is a dynamic, expanding business delivering critical infrastructure projects across the utility and social sectors. We are seeking a Change & Process Improvement Lead to help drive continuous improvement and change management within our Finance Shared Service Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Support delivery of business change initiatives by assessing impacts and helping teams adopt new ways of working.
- Ensure change is implemented in a controlled and sustainable way, with benefits tracked and realised.
- Plan, create, and deliver clear, engaging communications to support change initiatives.
- Lead management of our continuous improvement programme.
- Design and deliver engaging training to equip colleagues for change.
- Plan, facilitate and document business process mapping workshops.
- Review and improve process design, controls and performance.
- Design future‑state processes that reduce waste, improve efficiency and enhance customer outcomes.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities, solve business problems and support evidence‑based decision making.
- Proactive mindset with passion for change and continuous improvement.
- Curious approach with desire to learn, develop and challenge existing ways of working.
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the business.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience delivering business change within a Shared Service Centre or similar complex operational environment.
- Demonstrable experience of facilitating and implementing change, ideally involving ERP systems.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision making.
- Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt) and recognised Change Management qualifications (APMG or Prosci) would be advantageous but not essential.
This is a hybrid role: 4 days in our Warrington office and 1 day working from home.
