Leatherhead, England. Remote working available – may be full time after training.

Salary: GBP 28,000–29,000 per annum. 37.5 hour week.

The organization specialises in maintenance and installation of gas central heating and hot water services for commercial landlords, property owners, major housing associations and local councils.

The QHSE Department supports the business and its employees and operatives.

• Draft clear, concise, persuasive written responses for SQ’s, PQQ’s and tender submissions.
• Tailor responses using approved bid content to align with client requirements.
• Support development of case studies, CVs, project examples, method statements and supporting documents.
• Proof‑read bid responses for accuracy, grammar, consistency and brand compliance.
• Manage registrations, logins and company profiles on procurement and BOD portals.
• Monitor portals daily for new opportunities, clarifications, addendums and submission updates.
• Download procurement documents (SQ/PQQ/tender packs) and organise them logically for the Bid Team.
• Track deadlines, submissions and status updates in the BOD pipeline/tracker.

Ideal for a graduate with strong writing skills, excellent organisational ability and a keen interest in bidding/tendering.
