As a Graduate Management Trainee you will explore leadership potential, undertake real responsibilities, and gain hands‑on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and more. Within as little as two years you may become a branch manager in a retail operation. Our culture promotes internal promotion and performance‑based incentives.

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network, and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor, train, and develop your own team, with opportunities to manage and promote others.

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree; professional experience may substitute.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence (accommodations for disabled applicants).
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.
