This is a new and exclusive opportunity for a Banking Business Architect (VP) with expertise in Sales & Trading to join a growing Banking Business Architecture team in London. The role involves designing the Target State Business Architecture for EMEA across all departments and functions, and collaborating with other regions.

As the Banking Business Architect (VP) within Sales & Trading, you will design the Target State Business Architecture (capability map, operating model, value streams, business services model, etc.) for EMEA (all departments and functions; all legal entities and branches).

Your key role will be to recommend a roadmap to implement the Target State Business Architecture, sequencing work to deliver the target state while balancing requirements to maximise business outcomes and minimise cost, delivery time and project risks.

The Business Architect in the Business Design team will be responsible for:

• Design of the EMEA Target State Business Architecture (capability map, operating model, value streams, business services model, etc.). This work will be done in collaboration with other departments and regions, and may require coordinating work across these areas. This may also involve helping departments and functions clarify their business strategy to support the target state design.
• Development of the Roadmap to deliver the Target State Business Architecture.

• Experience in Business Architecture design for multi-entity, organisation-wide target state architectures (capability map, operating model, value streams, business services model, etc.) aligned with macro business strategy.
• Experience in sales and trading within banking is essential, as this is the area you will be designing for.
