Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
REAKT Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Transformation Consultant to support meaningful practice change across children’s services. This role focuses on people, culture and behaviour, helping organisations embed new ways of working so that the voice of the child becomes part of everyday practice.
The position is remote with some UK travel. You’ll lead change journeys, train and mentor practitioners, partner with senior leaders, champion voice-of-the-child practice and run workshops to embed practice.
