Job Introduction
We are serious about maturing our safety culture in NGED, and as a result we are changing the way we report and manage our SHE incident data. We have an 12-month interim opportunity for a Cority (SHE Incident Management) Delivery Lead. Working in close collaboration with the programme lead, you will oversee the planning, execution, and deployment of Cority, ensuring it meets safety, compliance, and operational requirements. Your focus will be on supporting the co‑ordination of cross‑functional teams, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new incident management and reporting system. This project‑based role is vital to ensuring the successful deployment of Cority, enabling National Grid to enhance incident management, safety reporting, and compliance across Electricity Distribution, fostering a safer and more efficient operational environment.
As part of our hybrid working approach this role offers a mix of office and home working. Hybrid working can only be considered once your initial training is complete and subject to business need.
