Ready for a challenge? Then Just Eat might be the place for you. We're a leading global online delivery platform, and our vision is to empower everyday convenience. Whether it's a Friday‑night feast, a post‑gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of partners across the globe.
About this roleWe are looking for a Lead Product Manager (Individual Contributor) to spearhead the evolution of specific partner segments within our marketplace. This 1‑year contract position is based in London (3 days a week from our London office and 2 days working from home). As a Lead Product Manager, you will operate as a high‑leverage strategic force, driving complex initiatives that span multiple domains and technical stacks without people management.
Responsibilities- Drive Marketplace Innovation:
Own the vision for the relevant partner journey. Identify opportunities to reduce friction and introduce innovative features that help partners grow their business on the platform. - Lead Cross‑Domain Initiatives:
Act as the glue across the organisation, leading high‑priority projects that require seamless orchestration between Logistics, Fin Tech, Sales, Customer, and Partner Product teams. - Strategic Stakeholder Management:
Navigate a complex web of senior stakeholders. Align diverse groups with competing priorities to move toward a unified vision. - Data‑driven at scale:
Define and track North Star metrics for partner success. Use data to prioritise, build, and refine products while turning analytics into actionable insights. - Continuous Discovery & Innovation:
Conduct deep‑dive discovery with partners across different markets. Translate their on‑ground realities into a scalable, global product strategy. - High‑Level Prioritisation:
Use a data‑backed approach to decide what drives the most value for partners and the platform in an environment of infinite ideas but finite resources.
- Proven Lead‑Level Expertise:
Extensive experience in Product Management within two‑sided marketplaces or B2B partner ecosystems. Track record of delivering zero‑to‑one innovations. - Cross‑Functional Mastery:
Veteran of matrixed organisations, able to influence engineering, design, and operations teams that do not report directly to you. - Senior Stakeholder Diplomacy:
Skilled at holding your own in a room with senior stakeholders, using evidence and empathy to manage expectations and align priorities. - Architectural Thinking:
Understands technical complexities of global platforms; able to discuss API integrations and scalability with Lead Architects while keeping the focus on partner value. - Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Self‑starter who builds roadmaps based on market gaps and partner pain points, not waiting for a pre‑made roadmap. - Bias for Action:
Resilient and proactive, thriving in ambiguity and capable of pulling disparate teams together to solve the hardest marketplace problems.
This position is a 1‑year contract based in London (3 days a week from our London office and 2 days from home).
