What we offerSalary: Up to £48,000 (depending on location and qualifications)

Our Health and Safety Consultants perform the critical role of assisting our clients in managing their health & safety commitments as part of Work Nest's contractual obligations. They work as one of the "Competent Persons" on behalf of Work Nest for their client portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of professional client service are delivered.
Working with a varied client base, you will help organisations improve compliance, manage risk and create safer working environments, delivering practical advice that makes a genuine difference.
What you'll be doingYou will effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that close client relationships are maintained and a valued service is provided throughout the client lifecycle. You will support both existing and new clients, delivering practical Health & Safety advice tailored to their specific needs.
You will work effectively with the Client Experience team in the scheduling of visits, service delivery and client relationship management, ensuring contractual obligations are met while delivering an exceptional client experience.
As a home-based consultant, you will typically divide your time between client visits and dedicated administration days, supporting a healthy work-life balance while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
You will work as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts, ensuring service delivery and documentation is consistent with all colleagues involved in the account.
Alongside client-facing responsibilities, you will have opportunities to broaden your technical expertise, contribute to knowledge sharing within the wider team and explore specialist development pathways across Fire Safety, CDM and ISO services.
