Graduate Management Training Programme – a fast‑track opportunity to develop leadership, sales, finance, operations and customer service skills across the organisation.

As a Graduate Management Trainee you will take on real responsibilities from day one, with the goal of becoming a branch manager within two years.

Deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

Connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.

Understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.

Learn to manage a fleet, plan strategically and drive performance.

Take the lead in mentoring, training and developing your own team, with opportunities to manage and promote others as you grow.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience may substitute.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, with accommodations for disabled applicants.
