Project manager/Business Analyst for City Bee & My Bee .

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Analisebusiness requirements, processes,suggest solution sand prepare projectplans
• Collaborate with stakeholders toplan andcommunicateprojects flow, status, problems andpossiblesolutions
• Createand maintain the product backlog. Ensure that the development team understands and implements the requirements effectively
• Engage with customers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure product alignment with market demands
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of product features
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and define KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

• Experience as aProject Manager,Product Analyst
• Be familiar withand have experience inagileprojectmanagement
• Familiarity with product development and hands‑on experience in analyzing product features
• Capability to grasp complex technical concepts and articulate them to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders
• Good communication skills and demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketing, and businessprofessionals
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with effective planning skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Salary :
From 3300 - 5780 Eur gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
